  • Monday PM easy swim, easy bike, easy run
  • Tuesday AM aerobic Power swim and school Sun Run clinic
  • Tuesday PM easy bike and strength
  • Wednesday AM track run
  • Wednesday PM combo workout at Speed Theory
  • Thursday AM swim
  • Thursday PM anaerobic power and aerobic capacity run at Kits CC
  • Saturday AM easy ride
  • Sunday AM pace swim, easy run

As well, my 2008 race schedule has been updated and less than 2 week to the first race of the season at UBC.
