- Tuesday AM aerobic Power swim and school Sun Run clinic
- Tuesday PM easy bike and strength
- Wednesday AM track run
- Wednesday PM combo workout at Speed Theory
- Thursday AM swim
- Thursday PM anaerobic power and aerobic capacity run at Kits CC
- Saturday AM easy ride
- Sunday AM pace swim, easy run
As well, my 2008 race schedule has been updated and less than 2 week to the first race of the season at UBC.
