4 days and 18 hours of training later, I’m still alive. It had its ups (the 18:50 5 k running time trial). And it had its downs (completely bonking on the Saturday duathlons). But I survived.
Up for tomorrow, an entire day off to relax, read, write, and if the weather is nice, take some photographs. But first tonight, some well deserved recovery.
1 movie, 1 beer, 1 bag of doritos, and 1 chocolate easter bunny.
