7 Days of Blogging
As a triathlete, I'm all about goal setting. You look at where you are, figure out where you want to be, and then plan the steps to get there. It keeps you focused and accountable.
It's been over a month since my last post. Not acceptable. Sure I've been busy but I need to improve.
So my goal? 7 posts in 7 days. Hopefully a week of blogging will get me back in the groove. And besides, after a month of silence there is plenty to write.
So here is post #1.
The new bike arrived about a week and a half ago. I needed to get fit properly so she spent the first couple of days resting after a long trip from back east.

Then after getting the bike fit by Larry and some parts changed over by the boys at Speed Theory, I finally got out to do some riding on her.

I spent six hours this week around the town with her and my two months of bike focus start next week so we'll be getting to know each other pretty quickly.
One down, six to go.
