		<description>The best piece of advice I could share is to take joy in whatever you can. Even if it is just completing a workout or going a second faster than you did last time. Every one of those good feelings can then be used as motivation on those days when things don&#039;t go well or &quot;real life&quot; gets in the way.

And realize that you&#039;re going to have to make sacrifices (both in &quot;real life&quot; and training), but don&#039;t let yourself feel bad about them. If you want them both (which I&#039;m guessing you do) then you can&#039;t make apologies for wanting both and hopefully you have those around who will understand and support you.

Oh and a good night of letting loose when you don&#039;t have to train the next day always helps.</description>
