That first step is sometimes the scary one, isn’t it! You’ve nailed it in this post. Sometimes, it’s all about taking the steps that scare us. At least you can jump, knowing that wherever you finish, you won’t ever have to take that first step again. You’ll always have the “I raced the Sooke Tri as an elite” in your back pocket.
